Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Glass Bowl
  • 1 Wire Cooling Rack

Ingredients

  • 227 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 57 grams Icing Sugar
  • 397 grams Condensed Milk
  • 400 grams Milk Chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix the desiccated coconut, icing sugar and condensed milk together in a bowl
  • Once all completely mixed, shape into a bar shape
  • Put into the fridge to harden
  • Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water in a saucepan on the hob, or if you would rather in the microwave
  • Dip the bars into the chocolate and place them on the wire cooling rack until the chocolate hardens.
