  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Glass Bowl
  • 1 Serving Plate
  • Cocktail Sticks

Ingredients

  • 24 Large Fresh Strawberries (leave green leaves on)
  • 400 grams White Chocolate
  • 340 grams PME Candy Buttons Orange
  • Pink Food Colouring
  • Brown Food Colouring

Instructions

  • Divide the white chocolate into two, 350grams and 50grams.
  • Melt 350grams white chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water in a saucepan on the hob, or if you would rather in the microwave.
  • Dip half the strawberries into the white chocolate, making sure the full strawberry is covered and then put to one side for the chocolate to harden.
  • Melt the orange candy buttons in a glass bowl over boiling water in a saucepan on the hob, or if you would rather in the microwave.
  • Dip the other half of the strawberries into the melted orange candy, making sure the full strawberry is covered and put them to one side until they dry.
  • Once the white chocolate covered strawberries have hardened, melt 50grams white chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water in a saucepan on the hob, or if you would rather in the microwave.
  • Then divide the melted white chocolate into two, put pink food colouring into one and brown food colouring into the other.
  • Using the cocktail sticks, them into the pink and brown coloured melted chocolate and paint on the bunnies nose, eyes, whiskers, eyes and ears.

Tips for This Recipe


Make sure no water comes in contact with the orange candy buttons when you're melting, as it will affect the consistency and make it harder for it to stick to the strawberries
